A Journey of Love and Discovery
Meet Our Founder
As I searched for better options, I found that even products labelled “healthier” often contained ingredients I was not comfortable serving at home. That led me to start crafting my own.
Through this journey, I discovered koji — a traditional Japanese fermentation culture that transforms rice into naturally sweet and nourishing rice drink. What began as a personal exploration soon became something more meaningful. The fermentation of rice offered a new way to sweeten food.
