Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Cultured By Koji are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, please allow 1–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location. This means you can expect to receive your order within 2–9 business days in total from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
