Shipping policy

DELIVERY FEES (SINGAPORE ONLY)
Drinks and pantry: free delivery for orders of S$60 and above. S$4 for orders below S$60.
Orders with Koji Rice Cream (frozen delivery): free for orders of S$120 and above. S$18 for orders below S$120.
Self-pickup at 60 Havelock Road: free.

DELIVERY TIMES
Drinks and pantry: orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–4 business days after dispatch, so please allow 2–6 business days in total. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays.
Koji Rice Cream: delivered frozen on Wednesday 7pm–10pm or Saturday 8am–11am. Choose your slot in the cart, and order by 12pm the day before.
Pre-orders: orders containing pre-order items are sent together once all items are ready, from the date shown on the product page.

SELF-PICKUP
Choose a pickup date and a 1-hour slot (9am–8pm) in your cart, at least 24 hours ahead. We'll send the full address and pickup details when your order is ready. For Rice Cream, please bring an insulated bag or add our ice pack & insulated bag (S$2).

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or undelivered because of an incorrect address. If you need to correct it, email hello@culture-koji.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Orders, including pre-orders, can't be cancelled or returned once placed. Please check your items, delivery address, and delivery slot or pickup time before you pay. If we sent the wrong item, a missing item, or a faulty product, please see our Refund Policy.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost or damaged in delivery, email hello@culture-koji.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll work with the courier to resolve it.
